VeraSMART Call Accounting software helps UVM Telecommunications and Network Services combine and simplify landline and wireless data so that they can quickly deal with inquiries about: Phone orders, ACD orders, Budget orders, Conference Call orders, Data orders and Wireless orders.

  • Billing to PeopleSoft for completed work orders
  • Track incoming and outgoing calls
  • Database of UVM phone numbers and long distance access codes

Get Started

Access to VeraSMART is determined by individual departments.  In order to have access to VeraSMART, an email needs to be submitted to telreq@uvm.edu by the person responsible for the budget in each individual department.
